If you’re looking for an entree packed with flavor, yet super easy top make, look no further, “Little Buddies” have come to the rescue. For some reason this dish has been personified, gaining the nick name of “Little Buddies” in my household—I’m guessing it’s because of it’s dependability? This recipe can be eaten during weeks 1-6 of the detox diet.
Here’s what you’ll need:
6-8 chicken thighs with the skin on (or pieces of whole chicken with skin still on)
Fresh ground Salt
Garam Masala Indian Spice Blend (we buy ours here)
Step 1: preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Place chicken in pand and sprinkle spices generously with all spices.
Step 3: Place pan in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: When chicken is cooked through, turn oven to broil for 1-2 minutes until skin is slightly crisped and golden brown.
Try serving with a side of brussel sprouts, sautéed zucchini or sweet potatoes and enjoy!
