Nectarine Breakfast Mojito

In a juicer, combine:
6 pitted nectarines
Handful of fresh mint leaves
2 ruby red grapefruit
Let sit a few minutes to allow mint settle. Stir and pour.

Grapefruit: Grapefruits have a number of nutritional benefits. They are high in vitamin c, fiber and lypocene. that acts as an anti-oxidant. Lycopene may have anti-tumor properties and is the carotenoid that has the highest amount of anti-oxidant properties. Consuming grapefruit may also offer immune system benefits. Mint: Mint contains a wide range of essential minerals such as manganese, copper, iron, potassium and calcium. It is also rich in Vitamins A and C and also contains smaller amounts of Vitamin B2.
