In a blender, combine:

3 bananas
6 frozen strawberries
Small bag of frozen organic blueberries
Fill blender 1/2 way up with So Delicious coconut milk (not flavored)

Roasted Butternut Squash Salad

I love butternut squash…and I love butternut squash with cinnamon and fennel even more. I have used this roasted butternut squash recipe to prepare squash for butternut squash soup, and also alone as a side dish. The flavors are a perfect accent to my favorite winter squash. This recipe can be eaten during weeks 1-2 of the detox without cranberries, and with cranberries during weeks 3-6.
