Using the leftovers from the Ruby Red Salad, we made this delicious smoothie chock full of vitamin C and antioxidants!
What you’ll need:
2 Sumo Citrus
1/2 White Grapefruit
1 Ruby Red Grapefruit
1 1/2 Pomegranate
1 shot of pure cranberry juice
In a juicer add: 4 oranges (peeled) 1 lime ( peeled) 3 celery stalks 5 oz baby arugula Move juice to a lender and add 6 frozen strawberries Enjoy!
Note: Arugula can have a strong bite, if it’s too much, I suggest adding more citrus.
